Selecting the "Current Millisecond" as a rename option uses the current millisecond (1/1000 second) in the renamed file name.  This can be combined with Auto-Rename: Hour, Auto-Rename: Minute and/or Auto-Rename: Second to create a custom time format in the renamed file name.
